Making a Purchase

Just browse our store, and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ''Go to Checkout'' and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to complete the order.

Despatch Policy

While every effort has been made to ensure that all items are shown in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electonic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

Goods are normally despatched within 48 hours. Where orders are received at a weekend, they will be processed on the next working day ie Monday, with exception of a bank holiday (UK). If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Acceptance & Completion of Orders:

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock

- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

- The identification of a pricing or product description error

Returns & Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your goods please contact sales@cms-uk.org. CMS will always aim to replace or refund damaged, faulty and missing items which are reported within three weeks of despatch.

CMS may refuse to refund or replace damaged, faulty and missing items which are reported more than three weeks after despatch.

If you have ordered the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us.

Privacy

Your personal data supplied will be stored at CMS Oxford offices and only used to respond to you. CMS will not pass on your details to other organisations.
