God Has Ears
A Spiritual JourneyFor more than 20 years Doreen Peck, who died in 1999, was a missionary in Rwanda, working at the heart of the East African Revival, and experiencing the early stages of ethnic conflict in Rwanda.
She was able to see at first hand how Christianity transformed the lives of the people in Africa, enabling them to stand firm in their faith when the terrible times of testing came, and - for those who survived - to be instruments of reconciliation in a post-genocidal society.
The book is also the story of a spiritual journey, of growing in 'knowledge and depth of insight', as Doreen came into contact with people from many lands and different Christian traditions, and thereby gained deeper understanding of the working of the Holy Spirit in the Church throughout the world.
