There's a Snake in my Cupboard!

The continuing story of Kiwoko Hospital, Uganda

Working among the rural poor where everyday life is a struggle, Kiwoko Hospital is a light in the darkness, providing life and healing, both physical and spiritual. Founded in an area of Uganda devastated by civil war, it is a vibrant testimony to the faithfulness of God.

Dr Nick Wooding, an English GP and CMS mission partner, went out to Kiwoko with his wife and five-month-old son in 1997. Within months he was appointed medical director of the hospital - a post he was to hold until his return to the UK six years later. In 'There's a Snake in my Cupboard!' he recounts some of his experiences of his time at Kiwoko.
