Advent Calendars, hand-made by physically disabled and deaf people in Tanzania

Neema Crafts was started in October 2003 by Susie Hart, A CMS Mission-Partner, working for the Diocese of Ruaha. Its purpose is to provide handicrafts training and employment for deaf and physically disabled people in Iringa region, Tanzania, and also to change negative attitudes towards people with disabilities in the local community.

One of their African Patchwork products are these Advent calendars, woven together with beautiful materials by the physically disabled in Tanzania, who have made a huge difference to their families standard of life through their work at Neema Crafts.
